Address Accuracy and Responsibility

To ensure the timely delivery of your orders, it is crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the postal code or zip code. Your billing address should match the one where you receive your credit card statements, while the shipping address is where we will deliver your order. Poshpeno will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information.

Shipping Partners

Poshpeno relies on the services of esteemed transport and courier agencies, including Fedex, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Dotzot. These agencies typically deliver within 48-72 hours to major cities in India.

Alternate Shipping Options

If you wish to explore alternative shipping options, especially for large merchandise orders, please feel free to contact us at help.poshpeno@gmail.com. Upon request, we may provide special quotes for shipping.

Split Shipments

In cases of multiple orders, you may receive them separately based on product availability and different shipping locations.

All our products are shipped from India.

Refund and Returns Due to Shipping Delays

Please note that Poshpeno will not issue refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges solely due to shipping delays caused by the carrier agency. However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit that you can use for future orders.

Delay Notification

If your order experiences delays due to stock unavailability or any other unforeseen issues, Poshpeno will notify you promptly via email.

Shipment Time

The estimated shipment time displayed on our website for each product is indicative and subject to change. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us via email with your order number or item codes.

Transit Risk

All orders shipped by Poshpeno are fully insured at no extra cost to our customers. In the rare event of a lost order during transit, Poshpeno will initiate the reprocessing of the order. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for lost packages during transit or any damages to packaging once the carrier agency has delivered it to the address provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Shipment

Poshpeno will provide shipment details via email alerts once the package is handed over to the carrier agency. These email notifications will include information about the transport/courier agency's website, tracking number, and the expected delivery date. You can use this information to track the status of your package.

Please keep in mind that tracking numbers for shipped orders may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the carrier agency's websites.

Request for Address Change
